As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchange on products which are delivered as ordered.

If a wrong product has been delivered to you, or there is a manufacturing defect or damage, then please contact us at info@aristidesigns.com with your order number and image of the product. For a return to be authorized, the product should be unused and unwashed.  We will make every possible effort to make your experience better.

Once an online order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
